I'm back!

Dear readers, I apologize for such a long absence. I'm all right! Last week I returned from Greece, but I  left my heart there. It was an unforgettable vacation and now I just need a little time to get over it! 

Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of photos of my "looks", but I will post here everything that I have! As for today - a few photos from the evening walk with my girlfriends. This silk dress I had made in the past year. Unfortunately, I do not often manage to put it on, but I like it very much ..)

About My Logo

A few days ago I finally got my brand labels. I have waited so long for this and I'm very happy with the result. So, now I am sewing them on all of the things tha I have made, and they look like commercial products! This is awesome! 

Thereby, I decided to write a bit about the logo and the name of my young "brand". 

The name consists of the name of an Egyptian City (Alexandria), my name (Alexandra) and the letter Z in the  middle. Of course my brand has nothing to Egypt, the title is taken from the eponymous song by the French band Claude  Franços, who my friend Serjio has made a remix for.The letter Z, in the middle, is the first letter of my surname.

The logo is a heart with the letter Z inside. It  was made for me by the same friend. He developed 4 different logos, and after much deliberation, I chose the most suitable one. It's so lovely, girlish and romantic - it's just what I need, something that definitely reflects my vision. 

If you look closely, you will notice that the heart is formed by two letter As. So here it is: Alexandrie Z Alexandra ! Reflecting on the logo, we reviewed many famous and not so famous brands (for inspiration)б and I've already managed to make my Top five logo list:

1. Chanel

2. Christian Louboutin

3. Givenchy

4. Alexander McQueen

5. Burberry

P.S. Today I finished the red skirt. The result exceeded all my expectations. I'm planning to do a special photoshoot with this skirt, so stay tuned to my blog!

My new skirt!

Inspired by your wonderful comments in the last post, I've decided to sew one more chiffon maxi skirt! This time it's going to be something more daring and bright. I have never worn red clothes, because I consided them too provocative, but this time I've decided to take a chance. I chose a noble scarlet chiffon + chiffon with a beautiful pattern.So far I am very pleased with the result: a bit of gypsy style, a bit of Spanish, a bit of passion (which I need so much). 

Let's see what will happen!

The Night!

Yeah! Tonight is a Big Night for me! One of my favourite Rock bands, Mumiy Troll is playing at our club Barbarella! I'm so happpy about it, that I can't even begin to explain!

Two weeks of preparation.. so, I have something special to wear to this super-party (In one of my next messages - I'll show my apparel in detail).
